Q: Can I use a duvet cover with The HUG?
A: Yes, and we recommend it. A duvet cover keeps your HUG cleaner for longer and lets you match your bedroom style.
Q: How do I take care of The HUG?
A: Use with a cover when possible, shake and fluff regularly, and follow the care tag on your specific blanket. For deep cleaning, professional cleaning is recommended.
Q: Do you ship everywhere in Canada?
A: (You can customize) Yes, we currently ship within Canada and the USA. If you’re outside this area, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Q: Are all Sweet Sheets aprons the same?
A: No, and that’s the magic. Each apron is made from repurposed linens, so patterns and details will vary. Every apron is one-of-a-kind.

Our Duvets have a 15 year warranty. Contact us if you have any concerns. We will be happy to help.
What happens if my product is damaged upon delivery?
If your product is damaged upon delivery, take a photo and email our customer service immediately showing the damage.
If product is damaged, you will receive a replacement immediately (subject to availability)
